All services are available at any time; however, the turnaround time for the delivery of finished products depends on seasonal demand and the current workload. Once an agreement is made, the pricing will remain fixed unless there is a change in the project scope. We always aim to deliver the best service possible.

Ordering and Payment

  • Orders for our services can be placed without requiring users to create an account.
  • Payments are accepted by credit or debit card in Albanian Lek.

Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order at any time during the course of your project by notifying our team. We work closely with our clients to ensure that any changes or cancellations are handled smoothly.

Refunds

Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

  • Orders for our services can be placed without requiring users to create an account.
  • Payments are accepted by credit or debit card in Albanian Lek.

To exercise your right to a refund or cancellation, please send a clear statement of your decision by email to projectongroup@gmail.com. Once your refund request is received, we will reimburse you within 30 days, using the same payment method you used for your order. You will not incur any additional fees for the reimbursement.
