This unique building comprises two symmetrical villas, artfully separated yet connected by their exposed concrete structure. The concrete facade stands in striking contrast to the lush botanical elements that envelop the surroundings, showcasing a harmonious blend of urban design and natural integration.

The distinguishing feature of this architectural marvel is its roof adorned with a rich tapestry of foliage and greenery, creating a serene and sustainable living environment. The green roof not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the building's energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The main facade is a breathtaking expanse of full-length windows that seamlessly bridge the interior with the exterior. These expansive windows flood the living spaces with an abundance of natural light while offering panoramic views of the verdant surroundings. The result is a unique fusion of modern design, organic integration, and a profound connection to nature that defines the essence of these two symmetrical villas.

Nestled in the charming locale of Farkë, Tirana, Albania, this villa stands as an architectural gem, housing two symmetrical homes within its well-defined structure.

Each ground floor unit spans 49.4 square meters, hosting a thoughtfully designed layout that includes a bathroom, kitchen, and a welcoming living room. The symmetrical design ensures a harmonious balance and aesthetic unity between the two homes, creating a visually cohesive facade. Ascending to the first floor, each villa boasts 44.2 square meters of space. This level encapsulates the private domains of residents, featuring two bedrooms, a main bathroom, and a unique integration of a master bathroom and shower. Adding to the allure, each first-floor unit opens up to a private balcony, providing residents with a tranquil outdoor space to unwind.
